Pet Policy
Victory Place Apartments welcomes both cats and dogs.
Pet rent is $35 per pet per month. There is a one-time pet fee of $300 per pet. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per residence. There is a 90 lb weight limit for dogs. We do not allow German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, and Akita.
